BOOKING YOUR FLIGHT

 Please book your flight no later than Friday, May 10 by 5PM EST. If you do not book by this date and time, the company may not cover the cost of your airfare.

Coldwell Banker Commercial will cover the cost of roundtrip coach airfare for you and a guest. 

• CBC will cover roundtrip coach airfare to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). 

• Upgrade fees, baggage fees and ground transportation will be at your expense.

Book by Phone: Please book your flight by calling Travel Leaders at 800.701.5195. 

• Travel Leaders is available Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST. 

• When calling please note that you are part of the Coldwell Banker Commercial 2024 Elite/Top 2 Event taking place in Scottsdale, AZ and provide your name for booking. 

• Please plan to fly into PHX airport and plan to arrive to the hotel by 4PM MST.

• Please book your flight by Tuesday, May 7, 2024

Book by Online Form: Instead of calling, you may fill out this online form with your information and flight preferences. Travel Leaders will then reach back out to contact you with the best flight option, but will require your approval before ticketing. Please be aware that they cannot hold a reservation longer than 24 hours, so please be timely in your response back to Travel Leaders.
